EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Pay Scale :Rs.37,400 – 67,000/-
Qualification :Graduate Degree from a recognized university.
LAST DATE : 28-02-2011 (28th February 2011).
ELIGIBILITY :
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION :Minimum qualification is a Graduate Degree from a recognized university.
PRESENT CADRE :Officers at the level of not less than General Manager/Dy. General Manager (Scale VI) in Public Sector Banks and General Managers working in Repco Bank, would be eligible.
MINIMUM YEARS OF SERVICE :The candidate must have completed a minimum of one year of service as General Manager/Dy. General Manager (Scale VI) and above as on 31st December 2010.
RESIDUAL SERVICE :The applicant should have residual service of minimum of 2 years.
CONDITIONS:The candidate should have proven management, leadership and innovative skills to lead an inspired team. The applicant should have adequate knowledge and experience in Banking Operations, Marketing of Banking Products, Credit Appraisal etc.
SELECTION : Shortlisted candidates from among the eligible applicants shall appear at their cost for personal interview before the Selection Committee.
