The Directorate of Technical Education, Government of Tamil Nadu (TNDTE), will declare Diploma exam results on June 9, 2011 at its official website http://www.tndte.com.
The exams were held in the month of April 2011.

The Diploma admission application can be collected from the colleges from June 25, 2011.
The TNDTE has announced the results of the Diploma exams which were held in the month of October 2010.
The literacy rate in Tamilnadu State is 80.33% in 2011, which is above the national average.
A survey conducted by the industry body Assocham ranks Tamil Nadu top among Indian states with about 100% Gross Enrollment Ratio (GER) in primary and upper primary education.
The Southern India State of Tamil Nadu has 37 universities, 454 engineering colleges and 1150 arts college, 2550 schools and 5000 hospitals.
