Sony Xperia X2 with Windows Mobile 6.5

Finally, after several rumors of launch and leaked photos, Sony Ericsson just announced the new Xperia X2. Also, the debut confirms that it runs on Microsoft Windows Mobile 6.5

Despite coming with Windows Mobile applications, Sony Ericsson has taken efforts to modify the interface as much as possible
so that it does not look anything like something what we think when we see a Windows phone with pre-installed.

As you can see, there is a slide-out QWERTY keyboard terminal, network compatible with HSPA, Bluetooth 2.1, WiFi, A-GPS, 3.2-inch touchscreen and a 8.1-megapixel camera. Sony is clearly winning the battle of new smartphones have to go for hardware when your operating system does not raise passions.

The 8.1-megapixel camera has autofocus, image stabilizer and the ability to geotag photos instantly, thanks to a GPS course attended. Includes a pair of stereo speakers and up to 16GB memory through microSD card.

It will be available later this year, and we still do not know the price of arrival. It will come in two colors: black or silver.
