Samsung recently launched a very affordable 3G touchscreen handset dubbed as Star Nano- S3370 at a price of Rs. 5850. This 2.6 inch elegant handset swanks of its social networking services with preloaded apps for GTalk, AIM, Palringo Chat. In addition, the Nano comes with multi format music player, FM radio, 35MB internal memory, 16GB expandable memory and support for Samsung App store.
Like the Samsung Champ, Nano also runs on TouchWiz UI 2.0 giving a nice menu based interface with gesture control. Its 2.6 inch touchscreen gives a sweet look to the device.
At the launch of the handset, Ranjit Yadav, director – Mobile & IT, Samsung India Electronics, said “The launch of the new handset is significant as it represents Samsung’s most affordable 3G touch screen handset. It also it strengthens our portfolio of 3G enabled handsets as the country gears up for the roll-out of 3G services very soon,”
Samsung Star Nano comes with middling 1.3 MP (1280 x 1024) camera unlike the Champ which has 3MP. Besides these, you can expect various other nifty stuffs like mobile tracker, fake call and mobile prayer, e-dictionary.
A great way to utilize its 16GB memory support is by loading the mobile with lots of stuffs and you can very easily do that via Samsung`s App store.
